Part 01

Cleansing and Purifying

We begin by cleansing and purifying your energetic field. This prepares your system for the work ahead, creating space in the nervous system and subtle bodies, so you are not carrying what is not yours.

This allows the process to unfold from a grounded, regulated place rather than from overwhelm or emotional activation.

Part 02

Identifying and Releasing the Core Wound
