As spiritual seekers, we are often expected to be the nice one, the "good one," the agreeable one and the one ‘always in service to others’.

However, harnessing the powerful element of fire is a vital component of the soul’s individuation process. Anger as part of fire, offers fierce protection of our truth, values & boundaries, enabling this process to arise naturally within us.

This portal to self mastery must be entered and crossed if we are to allow the power of our true spirit to be embodied and to truly shine in this life. However, this powerful spiritual energy is often suppressed in order to fit in and belong. We play small to appease others in order to remain safe and survive within the ‘tribe’.

In this masterclass, we will explore the difference between unconscious anger, anger used as a weapon and sacred anger which is a catalyst for change.  In addition, we will also explore the shadow archetypes linked to the fire element and identify where we are leaking our potential,  power and life force energy.

As we continue into Part Two of The Sacred Fire Within Masterclass, we dive deeper yet still because awareness alone isn’t enough to truly embody the powerful element of fire.

Action is also essential.

In this session, we will move into group coaching for those ready to release the deep rooted programming that says anger is unsafe, shameful, or wrong. This is especially true for those who have been scapegoated or gaslit for expressing their own anger.

We will close with a guided group meditation to support your transition through the sacred portal of transformation; an initiation into the truth that righteous anger is not to be feared but embraced.
